One Practice, One Fee.
Flat exists because capture got priced per client, and practices now pay more every time they grow.
Getting receipts and bills into Xero is routine work. A client forwards a supplier invoice or takes a photo of a receipt, and someone in the practice checks it and publishes it.
When capture moved to a price per client, that routine started costing more with every client a practice took on. We think the fee should be for the practice, not for each client, so growing doesn’t make the bill grow.
We’re setting up our first 10 practices by hand. If that’s you, you’ll be talking to Tim.
